What these figures count
- Included
- Opportunities at state Order only. Quotations, provisional holds and drafts are excluded, so this is the confirmed book rather than the pipeline.
- Excluded
- Cancelled orders are dropped. Open, Active and Completed all count, so a finished job stays in the figures.
- Date used
- Charge start date. A job is counted once, in the period it starts — a ten-day hire beginning on the 30th sits wholly in that period.
- Value
- Charge total for the whole opportunity, including delivery and labour lines. Not revenue earned within the period.
- Part periods
- A period clipped by the date range is tagged with the days it actually covers. Compare tagged rows with care.
- Weeks
- Monday to Sunday.
